What is a Bank fee? |

| A bank fee is charged by the individual bank offering the lease. It is also known as an “Acquisition Fee.” |

What does loyalty mean? |

| During the year manufactures give in some cases incentives, and rebates for their existing customer to return to them. When advertised “loyalty is required” this means you should currently be a customer of the car manufacture in order to be eligible for that rebate or incentive. |

What is a “One Pay Lease”? |

| A “One Pay Lease” is when the manufacture offers a special rate, where in order to qualify for that rate you must pre-pay the entire lease upfront. |

Who do I make the check to every month? |
|

| Your monthly payments are made out to the bank that is financing the lease. Typically, each car manufacture has their own financial services, so in those cases the payment will be made out to them. |

| Your car can be serviced at any local authorized service center of the manufacture. |

What is “BlueTec.”? |

| “BlueTec” is what Mercedes calls their Diesel engine vehicles. |

What does my credit have to be to get a lease? |

| Generally you should have over a 620 credit score. Tax liens, bankruptcies, late payments, missed payments and child support are some things that may affect you from being approved. |

Can I include all fees into the monthly payment? |
|

| Yes, you may request to cap in the inception fees into your monthly payment. Clearly this will increase your monthly payments although you will not have to pay any money out of pocket (except the first month lease of course). |
